Abstract Point, Vyšehrad, Prague 2008

This painting represents Point in the last step before it turns into pure abstraction. The shapes of the letters are no longer recognizable, but I still keep the forms which I used in my paper xerox prints. Each side of the imaginary object has it's own shading and its own way of penetrating each other. The outcome are intersections of shapes and colors which evoke the feeling of glass stained windows in Gothic churches. The main theme in this piece are the created intersections, rather than the letters themselves.

Material: latex paint, spray-paint
